What to do while you wait
Get yourself and any passengers off the road and behind the barrier if there is one. Turn the hazard lights on. If the vehicle is in a dangerous spot or anyone is hurt, call 000 first.
Then call me on 0424 966 333. Tell me where you are (a nearby town, road name or landmark is fine), what the car is, and what happened. If you can, text a photo.
Accidents and rolled vehicles
Send me a photo and I'll tell you straight away whether it's a tilt tray job or one for a heavy recovery operator. If it's not me, I'll tell you who to call. No mucking around.

Yes. Riviera Towing is owner operated and on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
How long will it take you to get to me?
It depends on where you are and where I am at the time. When you call, I'll give you an honest arrival window, not a vague 'on our way'.
Can I ride in the tow truck?
Usually, yes, if there is a spare seat in the cab. Ask when you call.
Will you take my car to my own mechanic?
Yes. You choose the drop off. If it's after hours, I can hold it or drop it where your mechanic tells you to leave it.
