What I collect

When you call, email or send a quote request, I may collect:

• your name, phone number and email address
• pick-up and drop off addresses or locations
• vehicle or equipment details, registration and purchase order numbers
• photos you choose to upload

The website also uses Google Analytics, which collects anonymous information about how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed and the type of device. This does not identify you personally.

How I use it

Your information is used only to respond to your enquiry, quote and complete the job, invoice you and contact you about the job. I do not sell or rent your information.

Who I share it with

Information is shared only where needed to do the job, for example with your nominated workshop, insurer or the person receiving the vehicle, or where required by law. Quote form submissions are stored by the website host (Netlify).

Storage and security

I take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and keep it only as long as needed for business, tax and legal purposes.

Access and correction

You can ask to see or correct the information I hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing admin@rivieratowing.com.au or calling 0424 966 333. If you are not satisfied with the response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
