Terms of Service

These terms apply to towing, recovery and transport services provided by Riviera Towing (ABN 81 668 357 962). By booking a job you agree to them.

Quotes and pricing

A price is agreed with you before the job starts. Quotes are based on the information you provide, including the vehicle, locations, access and whether it runs. If the job turns out to be materially different, for example extra recovery work, difficult access or extended waiting time, I will talk to you about any change in price before going ahead.

Waiting time and cancellations

If I arrive and the vehicle is not accessible or ready, or the job is cancelled after I have set off, a callout or waiting charge may apply. This will be explained when you book.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the job unless an account or other arrangement has been agreed in writing. Ask about accepted payment methods when you book.

Your vehicle and belongings

Please remove valuables before the vehicle is loaded. Let me know about any existing damage, modifications, low clearance or mechanical issues so the vehicle can be loaded safely.

Insurance and liability

Riviera Towing is fully insured. If you believe your vehicle or property has been damaged during a job, tell me as soon as possible, ideally at drop off, and within 48 hours. I will work with you and my insurer to resolve it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
