Where I recover vehicles
East Gippsland has some of the best 4WD country in Victoria, which means plenty of vehicles get stuck. I attend beach tracks around Lakes Entrance and the Ninety Mile Beach, farm paddocks, forestry roads and tracks off the Great Alpine Road and Omeo Highway.
Some locations are too remote or too dangerous for a tilt tray. Send me photos and a location pin and I will tell you honestly whether I can get to it.

Yes. Paddock recoveries are common. Let me know about gates, ground conditions and the best access.
What if my vehicle is somewhere you can’t reach?
I'll tell you before I head out, and point you to someone with the right equipment if it's beyond a tilt tray.
