Broken down with a van on the back
Most caravan callouts are really tow vehicle breakdowns: overheating on the climb, a failed clutch or a flat battery at the park. I take the car on the tray and arrange the van so nothing is left on the roadside.
Tell me the van length, the approximate weight and where you are. Some vans and trailers can go on the tray. Others need a second trip or another operator, and I will tell you straight before I set off.
